Modules Standard
Prefabricated structure that functions as a base for modular construction offering EZBOX.
The Standard Modules are made for different uses and applications with materials that allow heat insulation, easy assembly and transportation. This module can be used as a unit, but it also allows vertical or horizontal growth, therefore, it is easily adaptable, making it the ideal solution for the customer's needs.
The following is a detailed description of the Standard Modules construction system:
Standard Cabin
Modules of standard sizes, ideal for use as commercial offices, sales or customer service offices, stores, for exhibition at trade fairs or shopping centers, etc.
DIMENSIONS:
- Length: 5950 mm (Modifiable)
- Width: 2400 mm
- Exterior height: 2570 mm
- Internal headroom: 2275 mm
It is formed by cold-formed profiles of galvanized sheet. Transversally are placed straps in the form of Omega-shaped cold-formed galvanized sheet.
An 18 mm marine plywood panel is placed on top of this structure and a gray Traviata-type vinyl is used as finish. The entire floor supports loads of 250 kg/m2 uniformly distributed.
It is formed by cold-formed profiles of 2 mm thick galvanized sheet. Metallic omegas are placed transversally.
These omegas support the 0.6 mm thick trapezoidal sheet anchored to the profiles by means of self-tapping screws with watertight washers. The false ceiling is made of AIS-PRT 30mm panel.
The columns are made of cold galvanized profiles. The column is screwed to the base and cover by means of special screws. The rainwater downspout is fixed to the inside of the column and consists of a 75 mm diameter PVC circular section pipe.
The column is finished on the inside with a lacquered plate that serves as a fastening for the electrical mechanisms, sockets, switches and electrical protection panel.
The lateral enclosure will be made with a 40 mm thick sandwich panel, composed of pre-lacquered steel sheet on a galvanized base on both sides and intermediate thermal and acoustic insulation made of injected polyurethane resins with a density of 40 kg/m3 (±10%).
This type of panel has a coefficient of thermal conductivity ? = 0.021 W/mK. The panel is very resistant to humidity and is practically unalterable over time. Standard panel finish Profiled GN white color. Internal/External.
The carpentry is made of steel profiles and/or white lacquered aluminum. The carpentry consists of the following elements:
- 1 white metallic exterior door with 1 blind or semi-glazed glass 3+3 glass leaf of 975x2060mm with handle and lock.
- 1 sliding window ALU BCO 975×1045 mm with grille.
It includes a control panel with independent protection by means of magneto-thermal and differential circuit breakers necessary for lighting, air conditioning and various uses, and with protection elements against direct contacts, over-current and short-circuits and indirect contacts. 110V 60 Hz.
This installation consists of the following components:
- 2 Watertight shades with surface diffuser 2x36W
- 2 Sockets of 16A+TT
- 1 Switch and/or 10A+TT surface mounted switchgear
Standard Glazed Cabin

Consisting of white slab sanitary fixtures of Roca or similar brand. The sewage system consists of multilayer cross-linked polyethylene pipes with fittings.
The sewage line consists of rigid PVC pipes and fittings, equipped with the corresponding hydraulic siphons. The joints are made with specific PVC adhesives to achieve perfect watertightness.
It consists of:
- 2 porcelain toilets complete with low tank.
- 2 Washbasins with pedestal and AF faucet
- 1 Porcelain urinal with push button, sprayer and siphon
