It is made of a galvanized sheet held transversally by omega-shaped purlins.
Over this structure, a 3/4" marine plywood panel is placed and a gray Traviata type vinyl is used as the finish. The entire floor supports loads of 3,55 ksi uniformly distributed.
Its made of 1/16" thick galvanized sheet. Metallic omega-shaped purlins are placed transversally.
These omegas support the 23 cal trapezoidal sheet anchored to the profiles by means of self-tapping screws with watertight washers. The false ceiling is composed of AIS-PRT 1 3/16" panel.
The columns are made of cold galvanized profiles. The column is screwed to the base and the cover by means of special screws. The rainwater downspout is located inside the column and consists of a 3-inch diameter PVC circular section pipe.
The column is finished on the inside with a lacquered plate that serves as a fastening for the electrical mechanisms, sockets, switches and electrical protection panel.
The walls are made of a 1 1/2" thick sandwich panel, with a core made of injected polyurethane resins with a density of 2.5 lb/m3 (±10%) covered by lacquered galvanized sheet achieving intermediate acoustic and thermal insulation.
This type of panel has a thermal conductivity coefficient λ = 0.021 W/mK. The panel is highly resistant to humidity and is practically unalterable over time.
Doors and windows for this module are made of aluminum and or steel. The module has:
