Standard Modules
Its the base of the modular construction offered by EZBOX.
The Standard Modules are made for different uses and applications with materials that allow thermal insulation, easy assembly and transportation. This module can be used as a unit, but it also allows vertical or horizontal growth, therefore, it is easily adaptable, becoming the ideal solution to the client's needs.
The Standard Module construction system is detailed below:
Standard Module
Standard-size module ideal for commercial, sales, or customer service offices, stores, exhibitions in fairs or shopping centers, etc.
DIMENSIONS:
- Length: 19' 6" (Modifiable)
- Width: 7' 10"
- Outside height: 8' 5"
- Inside clear height: 7' 6"
It is made of a galvanized sheet held transversally by omega-shaped purlins.
Over this structure, a 3/4" marine plywood panel is placed and a gray Traviata type vinyl is used as the finish. The entire floor supports loads of 3,55 ksi uniformly distributed.
Its made of 1/16" thick galvanized sheet. Metallic omega-shaped purlins are placed transversally.
These omegas support the 23 cal trapezoidal sheet anchored to the profiles by means of self-tapping screws with watertight washers. The false ceiling is composed of AIS-PRT 1 3/16" panel.
The columns are made of cold galvanized profiles. The column is screwed to the base and the cover by means of special screws. The rainwater downspout is located inside the column and consists of a 3-inch diameter PVC circular section pipe.
The column is finished on the inside with a lacquered plate that serves as a fastening for the electrical mechanisms, sockets, switches and electrical protection panel.
The walls are made of a 1 1/2" thick sandwich panel, with a core made of injected polyurethane resins with a density of 2.5 lb/m3 (±10%) covered by lacquered galvanized sheet achieving intermediate acoustic and thermal insulation.
This type of panel has a thermal conductivity coefficient λ = 0.021 W/mK. The panel is highly resistant to humidity and is practically unalterable over time.
Doors and windows for this module are made of aluminum and or steel. The module has:
- 1 exterior 38 x 81" metallic exterior door with a lock and a handle. (half glass can be added on customer request)
- 1 38 x 40" aluminum white slinding window with a protective grille.
It includes an electrical load center with the protection breakers necessary for lighting, air conditioning and other uses. With protection elements against direct contacts, over-current and short-circuits and indirect contacts. 110V 60 Hz.
This installation consists of the following components:
- 2 2x36W Led tube lamps.
- 2 16 AMPS Power Sockets.
- 1 Switch and/or Surface Switch of 10A+TT
Prefab Glass Building

This installation consists of the following components:
- 2 2x36W Led tube lamps.

Consisting of white slab sanitary fixtures of Roca or similar brand. The sewage system consists of multilayer cross-linked polyethylene pipes with fittings.
The sewage line consists of rigid PVC pipes and fittings, equipped with the corresponding hydraulic siphons. The joints are made with specific PVC adhesives to achieve perfect watertightness.
It consists of:
- 2 porcelain toilets complete with low tank.
- 2 Washbasins with pedestal and AF faucet
- 1 Porcelain urinal with push button, sprayer and siphon
